The Rycote Softie is made to slide over the barrel of shotgun microphones up to 7” in length and 19-22mm in diameter.

For Condenser Microphones

Rycote BBG

The Rycote BBG is designed to protect shorter condenser microphones from wind noise.

They are great for mono or stereo miking, especially with wide spacings between microphones that a blimp would be too small to encapsulate.

The bulbous head can fit microphones with head diameters up to 80mm.
