The soundscapes in Forest Bird Sounds come from some of the most remote wilderness regions of the United States including several national forests and other protected tracts of land. Together they represent the sounds of high elevation balsam fir mountains, rare Atlantic white cedar swamps, bottomland cypress forests, mountain ponds, coastal wetlands and more.
