White Noise Nature Sounds for Guided Meditations

Elevate your guided meditations with the best white noise nature sounds available.

Adding peaceful nature sounds to your guided meditations can be a great way to enhance the quality and healing potential of your work. However, finding the right nature sounds can be difficult.

You see, the perfect background nature ambience for meditative purposes is interesting, non-distractive, repetitive and consistent in volume. Since nature is infinitely complex and always changing, these conditions are very rare.

The key to a good background nature ambience is for it to stay in the background.

What does this mean?

It means that the soundscape does not call attention to itself, causing your listener to become distracted, resulting in an unsuccessful meditation session.

Loud squawking birds, airplanes flying overhead, nearby traffic, and buzzing mosquitos are just a few possible distractions that most nature sound recordings are riddled with.

How do I know?

I’ve been professionally recording nature sounds since 2019 in the most remote regions of our National Forests and over 80% of my recordings are still polluted by distracting, human-made sounds (and don’t get me started on the mosquitos). And while I appreciate those boisterous birds, I know people trying to meditate do not.

Have you ever wondered why most guided meditation nature sound backgrounds are rain, ocean waves and flowing water? It’s because these natural sounds are loud enough to mask the distractions around them.

But wouldn’t it be amazing to diversify this short list? Can you imagine how magical it would feel to meditate to the sound of gentle breezes whispering through an old growth forest, or to a symphony of amphibians echoing across a mountain pond?

Well now, it’s possible.

As a fellow creator, I’ve gone through my entire library of over 2,000 nature recordings and created a resource specifically for you: Nature Soundbeds: White Noise Nature Sounds.

The Nature Soundbeds library contains 33 unique and distraction-free soundscapes ready for your voice.

Each track is 5 minutes in duration, a perfect length for guided meditations, and has gentle fade in/out effects already applied.

Each track is consistent in volume and is free from any distracting sounds like sudden bird squawks, passing cars, people, airplanes, mosquitos and other unexpected and unwanted sounds.

Differentiate yourself from the competition and give your audience the guided meditation their ears have been looking for.
